HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Five to ten business days. Each piece is made to
order, which takes three to five business days,
then two to five business days in transit. You'll
get tracking by email the moment it ships.
CAN I CHANGE WHAT THE CARD SAYS?
Not yet. Right now each design ships with its card
already printed. If you want something specific,
email us — we're adding designs based on what
people ask for.
WHAT IS IT MADE OF?
The pendant is metal with a 14k white gold finish
or an 18k yellow gold finish, set with cubic
zirconia. The chain is an adjustable cable chain,
16 to 22 inches, with a lobster clasp.
WILL IT FIT HER?
Yes. The chain adjusts between 16 and 22 inches,
so you don't need to know her size.
WILL IT TURN HER SKIN GREEN?
Not probable. Keep it out of the shower, away from
perfume, and wipe it with a soft cloth. If
something goes wrong inside thirty days, email us.
DOES IT COME READY TO GIVE?
Yes. Pendant, printed card, and gift box, packed
together. You don't need to wrap anything.
CAN I SEND IT STRAIGHT TO HER?
Yes — enter her address at checkout. We don't
include a price anywhere in the package.
WHAT IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR SHE DOESN'T LIKE IT?
Email us inside fifteen days and we'll refund you in
full. You don't have to ship it back.
