REFUND POLICY

Thirty days, no argument.

If the piece isn't right — wrong, damaged, late, or
simply not what you hoped — email
hello@bendicia.com within thirty days of
delivery and we'll refund you in full.

YOU DON'T NEED TO SEND IT BACK.
Return shipping would cost more than the piece.
Keep it, or pass it to someone who'll wear it.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
Send a photo. We'll replace it or refund you,
whichever you prefer, and you don't pay twice.

CANCELLATIONS
Email us within twelve hours of ordering and we can
usually stop it before production starts. After
that, the thirty-day refund covers you anyway.

HOW LONG REFUNDS TAKE
Refunds go back to your original payment method
within five to ten business days, depending on your
bank.

We don't ask why. We don't require a form. Email
us and it's handled.
